A Place At The Table

Reynolds is as good as an adult now.  He’s got his own place at the table.

I was debating this tonight…but then I just did it.

I pulled down the gift we’d received from my old boss {she’s since retired 🙁 }…a Safety 1st sit n go booster seat:

 

I pulled it out of the box and sat it on the floor.  It’s almost as if the thing just started flashing lights and playing wild music because Reynolds got so excited!!  He totally knew it was his!  He plopped down in it and said, “cookie, momma!” as if he knew exactly the reason for it!  Okay, so maybe I did give him a cookie or two, but that’s besides the point.

After reading the instructions, I figured out how to pull the legs down and strap the thing to our dining room chair…and, voila!

Just like an adult.

He looks proud, doesn’t he 🙂

Dada came home and said, “he’s too big.”

hmmmmmm

 

Sigh.  Never grow up, kiddo.

But if you do, promise that you will still make faces like this as an adult 😀
