I was going to post this yesterday, but then things just got a little nuts around here. Today was of course no different {what was I thinking?!} with me going back to work {the sabbatical is over :'(} and Eliza Jane getting diagnosed with a double ear infection {it was a close hijacking…}. So anyway,…

    Welcome Home, Bleu

Friends, Bleu has officially joined our rambunctious family! Tuesday Andrew and I made the two-ish hour drive to Pickens, SC to pick up our sweet boy. 1. I’m still up working because I was out of school for two days with an Upper Respiratory Infection. Pierce had a committee dinner, so I left school at 4:45, picked up Evans, ran home so he could change, and took him to baseball practice. I had a babysitter pick up MC from school and take her to gymnastics. Evans and I left baseball at 6:45, picked up MC, went to Chick-Fil-A, Rite-Aid (more sinus meds), the ATM machine (I owe babysitting and dog sitting money to people), and finally home. MC studied, they took baths, we said prayers, and I finally put them to bed at 9 – an hour and a half past their bedtimes. We made it, though, and I’m thankful for the strength God gave me to help me through the day!
