Blog-tember Challenge: Day 10
Oh, the bucket list.
Did you watch that movie back in 2007? Parts of it I really enjoyed… And more than anything I think it showed me how to live life to the fullest every day. Not that I do that every day {hashtag fail?} but I sure try to, especially with our kiddos!
Anyway, if you were one of the millions that came out of the movie theater back in 2007 and wrote down a bucket list, kudos to you!
I did not.
I was 27….seems like a good time to have written down a bucket list, right?! Not sure why I didn’t then, or still haven’t…ha!
Well, today’s blog-tember challenge is to either share the top 10 items on the bucket list, or if I don’t have one, to start one.
So, here’s the start to a bucket list. Not necessarily in any order:
- Go on a trip to Europe with just Andrew and take the roads less traveled
- Take our kids to Disney {omg, I said it!}
- Live my dream of Camellias and Copper {it’s in the works and is a little secret right now}
- See NYC at Christmas
- Read the entire Bible
- Own a weekend home
- When our kids are older, I would love to be able to go on a Caribbean vacation with them
- Visit Maine in the Summer
- Take dancing lessons with Andrew {he doesn’t know about this one! haha}
- Become a Master Gardner
That was fun! And much easier than I thought it would be. I guess most of these things I’ve pondered at some point or another in the last few years…
What are some of the items on your current bucket list if you have one? Or if you were like me and didn’t have one before, what would be some of the items? Please share, I’d love to know if we have some similar dreams!
I LOVE bucket lists as you can quickly learn a lot about a person simply by divulging the list! You’ve got a great one. I have an ever-changing bucket list but one of the that I have checked off the list is living overseas for at least 2 years. One that I have yet to fulfill is to hike at least part of the Appalachian Trail.
Can’t wait to discuss #3 with you!!
Can’t wait to see what you have in store for Camellias and Copper! So exciting!
I’m loving this blogtember challenge. These are great prompts! I love your bucket list! I totally forgot about a weekend home & NYC at Christmas time!! Great ideas!!
