Eliza Jane Goes To The Dentist
Today was Eliza Jane’s first trip to the dentist and can I just say, she was a rockstar!!!
I was a little nervous about it, because her brother has a history of being a little crazy about the dentist {his first trip, he ripped my tights}. So while she was a little skittish and screamed for about twenty seconds, it was nowhere near the struggle that I had even last week with big brother. Last week I had to bear-hug R to get his teeth cleaned…as in, I was holding him, my legs were wrapped around his and my arms around his…I wore pants just in case. 😉
Meanwhile, anyone else nervous-laugh when they’re the one holding the kid and you’re both laid back in the chair together? I always feel like I’m going to get sprayed with something or get smacked in the face…
Anyway, I really wanted to somehow document her first dentist appointment without being all like, “Hey, could someone take a picture of us while Dr. Jenkins has his hands in her mouth, counting teeth?”. So I took a few selfies
She used to look like me…
And then on the way back to school she could barely chew her last cheerio she was so tired…
Those lips. That HAIR. Those cheeks! Gosh, she’s cute 🙂
That was our adventure for today.
Oh! So last thing, I’m having a new logo created for Camellias & Copper {eek! so excited} and would love to get an idea of which one you like best!
I have my own thoughts about these…and know which one my favorite is, and will probably choose, but do tell…Option 1, 2, 3 or 4 – which one is your fave??
