  • A Well-Oiled Machine

I don’t know if it’s that well-oiled, but my Nama’s sewing machine is da-bomb.  I inherited this machine a few years ago and have been too scared to do anything with it.  Scared in that I would break it or somehow not be able to show it the TLC that I know my grandmother did….

Merry Christmas week, sweet friends!  I cannot believe it’s here!  It’s finally here! So today’s post might be a little hodge-podge-ish, but I promise it’s good! First, I want to tell y’all about Reynolds’ swim lessons he’s been doing the last month and a half.  And gush a little about this sweet little man of…

    1. Hey Charlene! It really is an improvement – the floor is amazing – I’m so grateful for the hubs and my amazing dad!

    1. Hi Lucy! Thanks for stopping by the other day! And for your sweet comments about our bathroom – we love it! I would stay in there all the time (well, maybe not really), it’s so pretty!

  1. This is SO incredible. I was in Charleston for the first time over the weekend and I was shocked to hear that people are still struggling from the floods. But this is amazing! Where did you find that amazing wallpaper?

    1. Hi Annie! Yes…in Columbia there is still a lot of rebuilding going on. We hope to have our road/bridge repaired by late March…
The wallpaper came from a local store here in Columbia called WallPaper Additions. I did provide a link in the blog post about the wallpaper so it’s possible you could find it near you!

    1. Thanks Brittany! We love it too! You can’t look at the walls for too long or you might get dizzy ;), but it is so lovely!!

  2. Fun wallpaper! I love bold prints in a small space. That tile is lovely, too — looks really similar to what we have put in both our bathrooms.

    1. Hi Lora! The tile was a total pick-out by the hubs. It’s not quite my style (I’m more traditional and he’s more modern/contemporary) but it totally works! We love it!
