    NO Sugar: Update

This is a confession. I am a big, fat failure. I can’t do it.  CANNOT say “no” to sugar.  I mean, I can do it for a day or two.  But, my friends, I cannot go long without it. I won’t rehash the last month and all of my indulgences, but I will tell you…

  • If I Could…

As I was laying in the bed with Reynolds tonight, I thought to myself: If I could stay here forever, snuggling with and tickling you, I would.  As a mom, the best sound in the world is the sweet voice of your child.  Giggling and belly laughing.   Saying “No, Mama no!!” and then “Gen!!”…

  • Another Day, Another Tale

I enjoy sharing with you about the mishaps and insanity that happens among my husband and children {mainly}. Hopefully the narrations I provide here allow you to say on occasion, “THANK GOD I’m not the only one with…” or “…praise the Lord my kids aren’t the only maniacs around…” Nah…we’re all in this big happy…

    Be Mine

I’m just going to jump right into this one. Good grief!!  Valentine’s Day is stressful.  Not because of MY Valentine.  No…for Reynolds’ Valentines!!!  For weeks I’ve been looking at and pinning V-day ideas in Pinterest…for what? 1. Hey Jessica! I am a home body too, although, I’m not as much since marrying my husband! I hope you had a great Friday night {and weekend!}!

  1. That actually sounds like the perfect Friday night to me. I really like to stay in (and so does my fiance so I think that’ll work out for us once we are married!). Staying in is just so much more relaxing than going out & that’s what I need when the week is over!

    1. Hi Anna! I’m so glad to know that I’m in good company! If only we could have a group stay-at-home party! What fun I think we would have!

    1. Christine, right?! 🙂 It’s funny how your desires in life change, isn’t it? One season of life we really enjoyed being out and having fun with friends and now we’re perfectly happy staying at home! xo, M
