The Muppet Movie SING ALONG is coming to Columbia, y’all!!!! Woot! Get excited! Gonzo and all of his balloons are coming our way!!
I’m SUPER pumped about this because Reynolds Lucas is going to go bizurk. When he sees those puppets and hears the music he is going to be dancing in his seat! I just know it! At least I hope he does… I should probably lower my expectations of his reactions lest I be sadly disappointed…
This is a showing of the original 1979 movie, The Muppet Movie – only this one will include live Muppets and Muppeteers there to encourage you {us!} to sing along!
For any mom {me!!} who is completely terrified to take her kid to a regular movie for fear that there will be loud talking, singing, etc. from the seat next to her….this sounds like the perfect place for us! 🙂
Remember the Muppets when you were a kid? I could sit for hours and watch them. Muppet Babies especially… I think I’ve seen all of their movies, multiple times…

Harbison Theatre is hosting this lively show, with Executive Director, Katie Fox stating:
“Each ticket to Sing Along with The Muppet Movie comes with its own goody bag, filled with bubbles, ribbons on wands and glow in the dark goodies–each of which has its own moment of use during the film, with instructions on screen.”
I’m not sure about you, but bubbles!? ribbons on wands!? glow-in-the-dark goodies!? Sounds like a ton of fun and I can’t wait to be a part of the audience!

Tickets are $15 each.
Individual show tickets are available now at www.HarbisonTheatre.org. You may also order tickets via phone at 803.407.5011, or in person at the Harbison Theatre Box Office, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The box office also will open two hours prior to each show in the Signature Series for purchasing tickets the day of the event.
